I have always been interested in helping people and animals.

In the early 80’s I took a course in Reflexology and at the time alternative therapies were just starting to be taken seriously. Hence I ended up using my reflexology mostly on family and friends.

I have taken Equine massage therapy and used this for my horses and at the Equestrian Centre I owned and operated near Toronto.

I found out about Reiki two years ago when someone I suggested it would be a good discipline for me. Since then I have completed all 3 levels and my Masters training. My first two levels were done in Brockville and Ottawa. My third level and Masters was done in GlastonburyEngland with the Master attunement taking place in the inner circle of Stonehenge with William Lee Rand, Reiki Master.

By nature I am a skeptic and need to see or feel things for myself. With Reiki being an energy based therapy it is easy for a placebo effect to take place. Being an animal lover and knowing the placebo doesn’t work on them I have focused most of my healing on them, with amazing results.

I am fascinated by Reiki and what it can do to help relax and heal. Now knowing it works I feel I must share it with others. To that end I am starting a business treating and teaching Reiki.
