CANCELLATION
POLICY:
Our business is appointment-based. It
only works when appointments are kept. When you schedule an appointment with
one of our staff, they must make sure to be there for you. We ask that you
extend the same courtesy to them. Missed
appointments mean a loss of income to your stylist, esthetican or therapist, and
a lost opportunity to another client looking to book an appointment that day.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a treatment or service, please notify the spa 24 hours prior to your appointment time. This may be done by phone (613-247-9898) or via email (services@nouvospa.com).
We realize that sometimes, “life happens”, so an occasional last-minute cancellation is understandable. However, multiple missed appointments or incidences of cancelling with less than 24 hours notice will result in 50% of the value of the scheduled services being added your next visit’s bill.
In the case of bridal and spa parties of 3 or more people, valid credit card information will be required to secure the appointment. 48 hours cancellation notice will be necessary to avoid a charge of 50% of the value of scheduled services to your card.
LATE
ARRIVALS POLICY:
If you are
more than 15 minutes late without contacting us, we reserve the right to
reschedule your appointment. We firmly believe
in the value of your time and make a conscious effort to avoid long waiting
periods in the salon. Each late start
affects the timing of all subsequent appointments that day.
If your client record shows that you are habitually late, you will be unable to schedule future appointments. You will however, be able to visit us on a walk-in basis.
