I am a massage therapist and have been practicing for 13yrs. I graduated from Academy of Massage and Orthotherapy in 1996.  

I am trained in a number of massage techniques including Swedish massage, myofacial release; trigger point therapy, muscle energy techniques, pregnancy massage.

I not only love to promote the health benefits from Massage Therapy, and the way it can improve your quality of life, I also like to promote self-care at home by teaching clients about their conditions and how to help themselves before their next visit to see their massage therapists.

I am a people person and love to make people feel good, I am very passionate at what I do and make sure when my client leaves that they feel great.

I am also a certified Hot Stone Therapist.
